I recently got sick and within a day or two of taking these, I started feeling better. Since I'm nursing, medicine is limited but these did seem to help my immune system kick into gear. They were easy to swallow with water and didn't have much of a flavor to them. I recommended these to my brother who was sick the same time as me.
